The client was concerned about cracks in the rear external wall of her property. She had been advised by a structural engineer that there were lintels missing above the windows and doors and that she should have this addressed before any more movement caused further damage.

The client approached us during the second half of 2017 after having already obtained plans for a ground floor extension to their 1930s semi in Quinton Birmingham. After a full consultation, viewing the plans and getting to grips with the spec and finish the client was looking to achieve we submitted a quote and were awarded the project which was planned in for spring 2018.

Client approached us to construct 4 metre rear extension to the full width of the house, reconfigure existing space on the ground floor and landscape the rear garden to include artificial grass.
