Phil, Dave and Ollie are the backbone of the team and it is us who you will see on site day-to-day. We also hold a carefully selected portfolio of partners who are highly skilled and trusted tradesmen within their field. These partners may be called upon to help deliver the project depending on the requirements but the backbone of the team are a constant. You can rest assured that when inviting Phil Lester Construction into your home to carry out your extension or renovation project, it will be treated with the utmost respect. We work tidily and ensure that at the end of each day we clean down and tidy away to ensure minimal disruption to your routine and maximum use of the affected areas as possible during the works.
