New Build Property Project
The project started 24th June 2020 at a site for a new build property which was completely overgrown! In clearing the site we discovered the remaining parts of the original structure in the thick bushes and trees.
The gallery shows foundation trenches, damp course installed and from July waste pipe, block and beam floor and the start of the walls. We installed a rainwater harvesting tank. By September the roof was on and completed by November. An underfloor heating system was installed and by February 2021 we were working on staircases and floor tiles. Master bedroom and shower bathroom, handmade bedroom furniture fitted by us and we installed a complete kitchen.
By April 2021, the family were ready to move in and we completed the project in less than 12 months despite the complications of the Covid Year.
